Quick troubleshooting

  • Ensure NFC is enabled and hold the top of your iPhone over the tag for 1–2 seconds.
  • If a tag isn’t detected, remove thick cases or metal plates which may interfere.
  • Confirm you’re on the latest version of the Certi app and iOS.
  • Try a different lighting environment and avoid moving the phone during the scan.
