Welcome to Certi. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Certi app, website, and NFC tag services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

 - While we aim to provide accurate information, verification signals and item data may not be error-free or complete. Always use your own judgment and, where relevant, request additional proof from sellers or brands.
 - Do not tamper with tags or attempt to misrepresent ownership or item provenance.

The Service and its content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, lawful purposes.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
